Intensive Service Manager Fixed Term - Parental leave cover up to 12 months Job Description
Reporting to the Manager Specialist (High & Complex Needs) Service, the role will involve undertaking intensive service management of RIDSAS clients. Core to this position will be the requirement to oversee the personal plan and service provision for civil (non-IDCCR) RIDSAS clients, and liaising with RIDCA, NASC and other agencies. This is an essential role so we are only looking for candidates who have the experience and/or skill-set we require.
Key attributes for the role include a relevant qualification or extensive experience of managing persons with an intellectual disability who have high and complex needs and may also have a dual diagnosis. You will need to have excellent communication and networking skills, and be able to build and sustain working relationships with clients, staff and external agencies.
This role will require a full drivers licence.

This is a unique opportunity of an up an coming HR professional to take charge of all administrative tasks linked to the Workforce (HR) function.
Reporting to the Workforce Development Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to day-to-day operations of HR to ensure the efficient delivery of personnel administration, HRIS, employee relations, training and development.
This position will be ideal for a candidate who is looking to start their human resources career and has the potential to develop the job as their experience grows. To be considered for this role you will have a tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. You will have a demonstrated ability to handle a high volume workload, and proactively anticipate potential problems and provide solutions. A high level of attention to detail is essential as well as the ability to deal with the ongoing change within the department and organisation.
