WEST COAST MENTAL HEALTH CLINICAL LEADER
POSITION DESCRIPTION (Draft)
Full-time role
(Registered Comprehensive/Psychiatric Nurse)
An exciting new opportunity exists for a registered comprehensive or psychiatric nurse to join our Pact West Coast team to give clinical oversight to all mental health supported accommodation homes based in Greymouth and Hokitika. A main focus of the role will be supervision of clinical management of our clients in consultation with their community mental health case manager.
The role will also lead a new and innovative Mental Health Service (a Level 4 home and rehabilitation flats in Greymouth) with a clear focus on a recovery and will provide operational support and staff leadership. This is a challenging role for a highly motivated and organised person with an optimistic ‘can do’ attitude.
Essential requirements include 3 years post graduate experience, experience of working with mental health clients in community settings and a sound knowledge of rehabilitation focused services.
