Excitement is building at Pact West Coast as work progresses well on a set of five new flats in Greymouth.
Fine weather has been a big plus for the construction which got underway late last year and is due for completion in June.
The five two-bedroom flats (a joint initiative between Pact, the West Coast District Health Board and Housing New Zealand) are for mental health clients who need recovery-focused support to help them move toward independence. Living in their own flats will allow people to reinforce the living skills they need to live independently.
